I’m Anahita Mazdiyassni, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of experience in mental health and healthcare settings. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found my true calling and passion—helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, heal from emotional pain, and build fulfilling, meaningful lives.

Throughout my career, I have adopted a holistic and strength-based approach to therapy, understanding that every individual is shaped by their unique experiences, relationships, and environments. My role as a therapist is to support and empower my clients, helping them uncover their inner resilience and develop the tools necessary to thrive.
