Hello and welcome! I’m Anahita Mazdiyassni, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of experience in mental health and healthcare settings. My journey in this field has been both deeply fulfilling and profoundly humbling, as I have had the privilege of supporting individuals through some of the most challenging and transformative moments of their lives. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found my true calling—helping people navigate life’s difficulties, heal from emotional wounds, and create lives that are both fulfilling and meaningful.

For the past 17 years, I have had the privilege of working in diverse counseling and healthcare settings, supporting clients and patients from various backgrounds, age groups, and walks of life. Throughout my career, I have continuously developed and refined my therapeutic approach, gathering a wide range of tools to address the unique needs of each individual. My approach is primarily client-centered and humanistic, ensuring that each person feels heard and valued.
I have received extensive training in two key therapeutic frameworks that form the core of my practice: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These modalities allow me to tailor my interventions to suit the specific needs and circumstances of my clients, whether that involves addressing emotional dynamics in relationships or helping clients manage their thoughts and behaviors more effectively.
