Individual Therapy

After years of experience working with couples, individual adults, and children, I have discovered a deep passion for working with adult individual clients who are navigating the complexities of life, emotional well-being, and mental health challenges. Every person’s journey is unique, and my goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive, and transformative therapeutic experience that fosters growth, resilience, and self-discovery.

 

My individual therapy service offers a comprehensive and personalized approach to mental health and emotional well-being. I integrate a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, to tailor each session to meet the unique needs and goals of my clients. This integrative approach allows me to address a wide range of concerns, whether they stem from past trauma, ongoing stressors, or internal struggles that may be preventing personal growth.

 

I am very much interested in childhood experiences that have shaped my clients as adults. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is particularly useful to process emotions, understand clients’ attachment styles, and develop healthier ways of connecting with others. Whether clients are healing from heartbreak, seeking to improve self-esteem, or working through complex emotional pain, EFT provides a structured approach to exploring emotions in a safe and supportive environment.

 

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a highly effective approach that helps individuals identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. By working together to reframe thoughts and develop healthier coping strategies, clients can gain better control over their emotions and reactions, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life.
